According to the 36-year-old Police, it had earlier precedents for the same crime. During physical control, police services found the 36-year-old, a sum of money (euro and money), documents and other items stolen from Kosovo citizens' vehicle.
The procedure materials were passed on to the Prosecution Court of First Court of General Jurydiction Vlora for further action.
