Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani is staying for a visit to the US for several days. While the issue of membership in the Council of Europe and conditioning of key states with association is being taken in Kosovo, the president has been announced today from the American sky by taking lessons of piloting company helicopters “Bell”:
In the video released in her account at “X”, American analyst and Johns Hopkins University professor Edward P. Joseph. He has written about how a former pilot is excited to see President Osmani receiving helicopter lessons.
Joseph has further said he counts on President Osmani to pilot Kosovo towards the Council of Europe, which American analyst says is transformative for the entire region, Express newspaper reports.
“As a former pilot of the Army helicopter, which was deployed with NATO/ IFOR in Bosnia and Herzegovina I'm excited to see President Osmani flying this Bell helicopter. (I flew with UH-1, also a Bell helicopter.) I am counting on President Osmani to pilot Kosovo to the Council of Europe! A transformational step for all Kosovo citizens and for the” region, Joseph wrote.
As a former Armey helicopter pilot who graduated with NATO/ IFOR in Bosnia-Herzegovina I am tempted to see President Osmani fly this Bell helicopter. (I slept the UH-1, also a Bell helicopter.)
