Joseph: If Kurti or Osman is appointed as association, they are nominated for a Nobel Prize

American professor and analyst Edward Joseph said Kosovo has lost a historic opportunity for membership in the Council of Europe. We may have different opinions, and I have my opinion, but it doesn't matter that much. What matters is for Kosovo to move forward. So the statute drafted by the European Union must go to the Constitutional Court immediately or Kosovo will not take steps forward. So this means it's going to go back to”, Edward Joseph said in an interview for the last “=x3> in RTK.
He further stressed that Kosovo still has time for this because the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe has not made the final decision.
The message was very clear and comes from all of Kosovo's friends. And I still understand what might be called reserve, and I also understand on the side of Serbia who Alexander Vucciqi is. But it has to do with Kosovo taking its destiny in its own hands, regardless of what Vucinqi does, and it is vital to move forward.
Joseph, among other things, said he has a special message for Kosovo state leaders.
I predict either Prime Minister Kurti or President Osmani moves forward and surrenders the statute that has EU support for association and takes a step forward, I would predict either Prime Minister Kurti or President Osmani will be nominated for the Nobel Prize for Peace”, the American analyst noted.
