Karim Khan KC, chief JNP prosecutor, has told of CNN that the charges relate to the October 7th attacks on Israel and the subsequent war in Gaza.
The JNP is also seeking arrest warrants for Yoav Gallant, Israeli Defence Minister.
The charges against Netanyah and Gallant include “causing hunger as a war method, including denial of humanitarian aid and the deliberate bombing of civilians in the conflict”, Khan said.
