“Initiate justice process, VV and PDK deputies present themselves in court

The trial process has begun in the case of the clash occurring on July 13th 2023 in the Kosovo Assembly. Democratic Party MPs Mergim Lushtaku, Hajdar Beqa, Bekim Haxhiu and Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislim are present at the hall.

The initial session was scheduled for April 3rd, but was postponed in absence of Bislim and Lushtak. All four state officials are charged with the clash.

Injured in case is Finance Minister Iron Murati, who is also present.

Bislem is accused of using physical violence against Lushtak for watering Bislimi on July 13, 2023. Bislimi is charged with <x0... attack”.

Lushtaku is also charged with <x0... attack” on Bislim.

And the other MP Hajdar Beqa is charged with attacks “against Minister Iron Murati, but also that by drawing out the glasses has done the work “nothing or damage to property”.

The other MP of The PDK, Bekim Haxhiu, is charged with a <x0-mulch body explosion” for hitting the Murat.

MP Lushtaku's lawyer, Besiana Ismaili, has stated that she possesses the indictment but not the evidence.

Even in spite of the lawyer's request, Faton Fetah on April 24, 2024, we have not been equipped with all of the subject paperwork”, she said, until prosecutor Nebahate Salihu gave them the evidence. /Koha.net
