Hoti has said that abuse of public money is the reason why the results in the economy are not being seen even despite the fact that 11 billion euros have been spent.

According to Hoti, the abuse includes single-source contracts, contracts for special services such as the Ministry of Finance, payment of advantages that Hoti says are being done as never before, and subsidies for public enterprises and the current in the north.

The organisation “Democracy Plus” confirms the next public currency abuse of the Ministry of Finance through contracts for special services. Jobs that are department responsibility and must be carried out by relevant officials, the ministry pays foreign consultants by damaging the state budget.
