Ali said that unexpected problems have emerged along the way, until as a major problem, he mentioned the issue of expropriation.

“Once a month at least go to see the development of operations on the Gjilan Highway, the intensity of jobs compared to Podujevo, Mitrovica and Pec are now under way, as a result of contracts from the past. Let's not forget we inherited the contracts...”, Ali stated in RTK.
In the end, he said he was trying to get things done as fast as possible.

This highway is expected to connect Kosovo with southern Serbia, with the Presevo Valley, respectively.
