Haliti for terrorists in Banjska: Permited to flee, if unarmed were killed, process would be opened at The Hague

Democratic Party of Kosovo deputy (PDK), Xhavit Haliti, has said it has done well to let terrorists leave Banjska on 24 September last year.

Haliti said if Kosovo killed everyone it would gain nothing.
