In an earlier statement that she had managed to convince former Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and former Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq of the abolition of the Special Court, Serbian MP Marinka Tepiq, has recently been apprehended to former US family member Richard Green, the newspaper Express follows.
At a session of Serbia's Parliament Commission for Security Services Control, Party for Freedom and Justice MP Marinika Tepiq, reports N1, referred to an interview of the former US envoy for dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
She claimed Green had stated in the interview that he, Donald Trump, Aleksandar Vuciq and Hashim Thaci had previously reached a historic agreement involving the abolition of the Special Court.
Don't you think it would be good for us to know and Serbia to know if this is true or Mr. Green is spreading false information about Aleksandar Vuchy? Let Green tell us well if it's true that Vuciq has made historic agreements to abolish KLA trials for crimes against Serbs? Call in the president of Serbia. I have a recording, we can release, it's a big interview on an American public platform, so even if he avoids the answer, maybe he will at least respond to journalists”, Tepiq said.
Green responded to these claims in a post at “X”, explaining what the idea was, according to him.
This woman doesn't know what she's talking about. She wasn't even involved. She's gaining quick conclusions after hearing an interview. We need politicians who are more serious about finding evidence than talking before they know. The fact is that the idea was for each country to investigate alleged crimes and deal with them locally, not through an international court abroad, but in Serbia. Sadly, she does not believe in the sovereignty of her country”, Grenelli wrote.
Tepiq reacted by saying that Vuciq is overstepping Serbia's sovereignty and that the fact is, according to her, that Green “organised the abolition of the KLA International Criminal Tribunal”.
In an interview conducted by Donald Trump Jr., Greenell had spoken about how he had invited then Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, to Donald Trump's Oval Office, to reach a “historic agreement”.
