The main issue addressed in this bill is the ratification of the Treaty between the Republic of Kosovo and Denmark's Kingdom for the exploitation of the Correcting Institution in Gjilan with the aim of executing Danish sentences, signed by the two countries' justice ministers, April 26th, 2022 in Pristina and 16 May 2022 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
