For the delay, they were declared by the Department of Civil Aviation at the Ministry of Infrastructure.
Avdi Cameroll, director of this department, said in a reply to Klankosova.tv that the delay of about four hours was due to bad weather at Munchen Airport, described as an extraordinary situation.
“As a result of this situation, delays in departure have occurred. Upon arriving at ANP, with plans to carry passengers to Stutgart at 1: 00 p.m., the captain of the plane has concluded that he has expired the crew's engagement time (after hours of commitment must be provided for the crew on duty). For this reason, the Eurowings Aviokom company has decided to cancel the flight for that day and complete today. The consequences of the extraordinary environment that they dominated at Munich Airport were actually carried to Pristina Airport”, it says.
This flight was completed today around 13:05.
