Edsim Bajrami: Kurt has to take the amendment to Court.

Constitutional Law Professor Arsim Bajrami has said this is a good moment for Kosovo to join the Council of Europe, adding that the eventual failure will be a huge loss for Kosovo.

Bajrami, who has once held high positions in the PDK, has said Kurti should bring the draft association state to the Constitutional Court.
