New contract before teachers, SBASK wants to sign

They have accepted new labour contracts, based on labour law and public officials.

According to the contract, they should be working hours like other civil servants, including the annual four-week vacation.

For the new version, the Education Union reportedly was announced by the municipal education directors.

Despite this, Nundman Jashari has called on them not to sign the contracts.

The SBASK requires municipalities to intervene and change these contracts.

Meanwhile, from the Kosovo Communist Association, it is said that new contracts were distributed on 12 April and that the same cannot be changed only by any fulfillment under the Law for Public Officials.

The Law for Public Officials has been approved and Article 102 in this law says who is responsible for drafting this contract, so the municipalities cannot oppose the law and they will take this form and distribute it to all public officials,” Was quoted by the Kosovo Commission Association.
