The head of the FSHF, Duka, has said that in co-operation with the Serbian state, Albania is running to develop activities for the 21-year European Championship.
Armand Duke: Important activity is also the 17-year-old championship in 2025 in Albania, and now we have applied to have the 21-year European Championship in 2027 in Albania-Serbia co-operation, we will be joint candidates.
) And who are the other candidates?
Armand Duke: It's Turkey one of the candidates, we're Albania and Serbia, so I don't know yet.
) How many stadiums does Albania have?
Armand Duke: It takes a minimum eight stadiums to organise a European championship. We have four stadiums currently, we have “Air Albania”, Elbasan, Shkodra, Kukes in the same category, the fourth category where international matches can be held. And we have three more stadiums to build if I'm not mistaken in Vlora, Korca and Durres. / TV Klan
