Kosovo's Public Television Radio has been fined for 1500 euros by the Labour Inspectorate due to lawlessness in employment, advancements and others.
In the decision of the Inspectorate, which the RTK Workers Union has published, Article 8 (Public Competition) is said to have been violated under which the employer is obliged to announce public competition whenever he accepts an employer and establishes a working relationship.
According to the Inspector's decision, RTK is required to pay the fine in the 30-day term, otherwise the final procedure is initiated.

Over the past year alone, fines pronounced by the Labour Inspectorate to RTK amount to about 20 thousand euros.
