Close the 6 units of the North Savings Post Bank, Svechla: Rule rule and law will continue

Kosovo Interior Minister Xhelal Svecla has praised Kosovo's institutions following the closure of 6 security units of the Savings Bank in four municipalities in the north.

Svechla has said that rule of law and service to citizens indiscriminately will continue to be the main goal.

“In order to establish legitimacy, after communication and the request of relevant institutions and authorisation of the prosecutor, Kosovo Police in co-operation with the Kosovo Tax Administration, in four municipalities in northern Kosovo today has implemented the control and closure operation of 6 units of the so-called Post and Savings Bank (Banca Postanske Stedionica) as Serbia's illegal financial institution in the Republic of Kosovo. Rule rule and law rule, service to all citizens indiscriminately will continue to be our goal for which we have consistently pledged. I commend all institutions for the co-operation and success shown”, Svechla wrote on Facebook.
