Federal government spokesman Stephen Hebestreit said Scholz has clarified Serbia's “commitment to implementing the Ohrid Agreement”, reports the Express.
“Kancelar stressed the importance of the EU-mediated dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia and re-focused Germany's continued support for it. He also clarified Serbia's commitments to implementing the Ohrid Agreement”, Hebestreet said.
He said the German Chancellor and Serbian President “agreed to continue their open exchange and stay in touch”.
Scholz and Vucic reportedly “changed thoughts on the status of bilateral relations and highlighted their common interest in constructive and successful co-operation”.
Vuciq said in advance that he has talked with Scholzin about the situation of Serbs living in Kosovo and the issue of the Association of Serb majority municipalities.
