The founding prosecutor in Pristina has banned Arijan Siijarin, who was declared at large, under suspicion that he committed criminal acts “grave murder on attempted”, “holds ownership, control or unauthorised possession of weapons” and “Loss or damage to property”.
The news has revealed this prosecutor's spokeswoman, Laureta Ulaj, broadcasts Clankosova.tv.
“The suspect is under ban for 48 hours, while the prosecution is taking further legal action”, she said.
Sijarina is suspected to have committed criminal work “serious suicide in attempted”.
Kosovo police had called for the citizens' co-operation to locate two people suspected of attempted criminal acts involving attempted murder, which took place on March 26th on the <x0th>Hagji Zeka” in Pristina.
Otherwise, on 25 April this year, for the same case, the Court has appointed the detention measure to other suspects Fitim Doda.
