Arben Gashi for Gervales' letter: Political and Tactical Wrong

The chief of the Democratic League of Kosovo Parliamentary Group, Arben Gashi, has said that Foreign Minister Donika Grovalla's letter, pledging to bring a draft body of government-worked association to the Constitutional Court, is politically and Tactically wrong. According to Gashi, Gervala has sent the letter to the person [...]
According to Gashi, Gervala has sent the letter to the wrong person after the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe has passed the vote on Kosovo.
The LDK MP has considered that Kosovo has lost the opportunity to join the Council of Europe this month.
It's a strange letter from a content and procedure understanding. This letter is sent because Kosovo has remained out of discussion of the Committee of Ministers. The second problem is that this letter is addressed to the wrong person. The Parliamentary Assembly has done its job. You don't have to tell him about Association. A natural response of the Parliamentary Assembly Speaker would be to why you sent me a letter when this is outside the Parliamentary Assembly field. The Parliamentary Assembly report does not provide for the establishment of association. Then the third problem is the declaration that it will be sent to the Constitution by the end of the month. Why is it left until the end of the month when it has been known that the meeting of the Committee of Ministers will be held on May 16th and 17th. It is politically and Tactically wrong action and loss for Kosovo. Kosovo has lost the opportunity to make a positive decision on it at the Council of Europe”, Gashi has said during his entry into the Assembly.
Geralla has addressed a letter Thursday to the president of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Theodoros Rousopoulos, saying that the Government of Kosovo is preparing a draft committee for association which has pledged to submit it to the Constitutional Court by the end of May, in the latest effort for Kosovo to be included in the Council of Europe's Council of Ministers agenda on May 17th to vote for membership.
