“Regarding the debt of companies that are ambalizing there is no decision to forgive any debt. There is no single decision to determine what is claimed, what has to pay the rules, as normal as they were in any government. According to company reports on the amounts of water they have had for companies that haven't reported and owe, each government has had calculations of an alleged debt based on administrative instruction that says to receive the maximum amount of water spent. This is incompatibility with the administrative directive” itself, Minister Aliu has said.
