“Albkings”, one month detention for distributing phone numbers

The Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Department for Criminal Crimes, has decided regarding the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Pristina for the appointment of a month's detention of the V.A. indictees, due to alleged allegations of having committed criminal harassment.

V.A. from May 6th, 2024 has been deliberately harassed, causing emotional concern for the damaged A. Th-M and A.A, distributing their phone numbers in the group called “Albkings” on the telegram app.

Members of this group had later begun to contact the same ones through their phones as well as various apps on the internet, looking for the damaged appointments and favors.

There are doubts that the same has been done to other people by distributing data and phone numbers in this group, various photos in forms, and degrading content for girls and women, by labeling and insulting in derogatory terms, and that the same have caused emotional distress.

Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina.

The notorious “Albkings” group, in the telegram, an app created by two persons of Russian and Dubai-based origin, according to British media access to this channel, has over 66 thousand members sharing intimate photos and videos of women who know without their permission.

On April 18th, one of “managers AlbKings”, Edin Nevzat, citizens from Albania, was arrested by police and the Constitutional Court in Pristina imposed a month of detention.
