Albania's former ambassador to Kosovo, Arben Ceyku, has said that the deployment of the Major Community Association is that one condition not related to membership in the Council of Europe.

“Seting the condition of the Serbian Communists Association is a condition that is not linked to the Council of Europe. On the other hand, I think Kosovo may have taken a step forward by sending a draft of its statute Association to the Constitutional Court to give itself and its friends time to assist in this process”, Ceyk said of the Voice of America.
