Actuals against two people for war crimes against the civilian population

The Special Prosecutor announces the public opinion that the defendants, Mr.K. and D.K., during the time that the war in Kosovo, in co-ordination with other members of the police, the military and Serbian paramilitary, dressed in uniform of the police and armed, knowingly and deliberately acting on the plan and orders of their superiors have directly participated in the attack on the civilian population of Albanian nationalism.

With this in co-ordination, Mr.K. and D.K. have committed criminal acts of war against the civilian population 142 over Article 22 of RSP of RSFJ, seen in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, War Crimes in grave violation of Article 3 of the Geneva Convention by Article 146 paragraph 1 and 2 under paragraph 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 of the KPR, related to the 31st KPR.

The two accused from September 2023 are on the move.
