Police spokesman for the Peja region Driton Rugova has confirmed the news, who said investigators are at the scene.
“There's been an accident in the village of Raushiq, Pec, this morning. Two cars participated in this accident. Four people have been rushed to Regional Hospital. Traffic police investigators are on the scene”.
