19 countries below Government has declared war on the media.

Democratic League of Kosovo official Visar Azemi has reacted after “Reporters without Borders” in their report said Kosovo has dropped 19 points below for 2024, as opposed to media freedom, Periscope writes. This regress has an explanation. This violation of media freedom also has reason. At the top of the country, we have a government that has all its mandate declared war on the media, was co-operative and nontransparent, and has tried to control it. Militants of the ruling party in daily bases link journalists. A party activist has been installed at the top of the public television, he wrote among other things on his Facebook page.

Full reaction Wisar Azemi:

Kosovo this year falls 19 positions in terms of media freedom, according to Reporters Without Borders. From the 56th place we were last year, in 2024, our country fell 75th. This is not being said by the opposition, but by the world's largest media freedom organisation. This is nothing but concern. This is an alarm.

The media is an important pillar of democracy. She can't be touched by anybody!
