It has been more than 13 years since Diana Kastrati was killed several metres away from her home and the suspect in her murder, former husband Adnan Jashari has not yet been apprehended by Kosovo's prosecution and justice organs.

The Communist Court's failures to issue a defensive order before Diana is killed have continued with other institutions of the order and law. In February, since May 2011, the person who allegedly committed the act has not received due punishment, since the same had left Kosovo.

ANTIGONIA MORINA

In 2011, Bislim Morina married her daughter Antigona to her voice. But her marriage to Hilmi Zene from the village of Malice Minor lasted only three days. According to the prosecution, she died as a result of her bloodbath, her first wedding evening, at the home of her husband, where she had stayed between the 27th, 28, July 29, 2011.

The family of the deceased had consistently accused former son-in-law Hilmi Zena of killing his daughter from the village of Malesia Minor (former-Rados). They are saying that the groom had sexual relations with Antigona until she was in poor health and was in constant bloodshed.

The court, the prosecutor, and others involved in the release of Hilmi Zena, who allegedly killed his wife, Antigona Morina, has refused to take responsibility for the case.

From life in prison, the Court of Appeals eased the sentence to 35 years in prison to Naser Pajazitaj, convicted of killing his cousin, Donjeta Pajazitaj.

Several weeks before the assassination, Peter had been arrested by police, suspected of assaulting his wife. He had been detained for 30 days, while after his release he had begun resolving his problem on a canon base.

By the time the Gjakova prosecution was dealing with Valbona's beating investigation, Peter had gathered the men and, according to what is called the custom, had gone to Valbona's family to try to reconcile with him.

Valbonne's uncle confessed to the prosecutor that he had met the couple in the hall of the house, where Peter had fallen on his wife's knees, but Valbona refused to return to her husband. The victim's brother had told the prosecutor that his sister had problems with her husband after mistreating him. As written in the indictment, Valbona had been publicly beaten during a marriage by Peter. The next version of Peter's brother was that the couple had lived without problems. When the men had left home, Peter had started using the next method of threats to persuade Valbonne to return.

Police officials had not known how to qualify criminal work, such as deportation, threat or harassment. According to Kujtim Marki's testimony, Valbona had sought security from the Gjakova Police, “because Peter never happens to be without weapons“

Peter had said in his statement that Kalashnikov had bought it two years earlier.

The family has expressed doubts about police work even before the prosecutor. A few days before the murder, two policemen had accompanied Peter to Valbona's family to take two of the three children.

Witnesses-informed police officers had no court order to carry out this action.

Peter's statement has been contradicted by Valbonne's brothers, they have stated that in no circumstances had the door crashed in the face of their former groom.

In 2021 in Emshire district in Pristina, Sebahate Morina Sopi was killed by her former husband, Lulzim Sopi.
The couple have been divorced and have constantly had disagreements.
It seems that until the tragic act of killing the ex-wife has come for jealous motives.
Residents have said the suspect originally shot the victim, took several steps from the site of the act and returned to commit suicide.

MARIGONA OSMAN

Marigona Osmani was raped and tortured before she was killed by her husband, Dardan Krivaca, and his friend.
The victim has been sexually abused by the alleged perpetrators, as well as cruelly beaten.

Film evidence shows the torture of Marigona Osmani, who was raped to death by two suspects who abandoned her lifeless body in hospital emergency.

But the victim's body has been sent for navigation until her husband is arrested.

MAGASI HAMED

Even before a full week passed, Kosovo is shocked with another case. Last night around 6:00, a pregnant woman (35) is shot three times by her ex-husband.

Periscop reported the incident from the site where the macabre murder took place, where she also learned from sources within the Gynecology Hospital that the woman in question was in her ninth month of pregnancy, while she was threatened earlier by her former husband.

According to information, the victim had gone out to buy food supplies while sitting outside, shooting three bullets.

Kosovo rocked 12 April by one  The next tragic case that happened at Ferizaj. Erona Cocli-21 years oldShe was killed by her ex-husband's gun while her juvenile brother was wounded. The whole event happened at the facility of this city's Centre for Social Affairs, writes Periscope.

Social Work Director in Ferizaj Adelina Rexhepi-Braha has told Periscope that the murdered woman had a son with her ex-husband.

She said the murder took place before the facility.

Meanwhile, the police report reportedly suspected within the Centre for Social Affairs has fired two men, and a wounded man remained.

Police patrols have immediately appeared at the scene, which has learned that a person inside the Center for Social Work on the I-floor has fired a firearm towards two people and followed an E person. Regarding the tragic case, even state leaders have reacted, calling for justice bodies to take measures as soon as possible.
