At least this is said in the letter that the head of the oil company has sent to the heads of state, including our ambassador there.
This letter requires that abuses, as they label them, be avoided.
“We are deeply concerned with the recent practices implemented by Albania's Customs on the border in Morina. We as representatives of Kosovo businesses feel excluded and seriously damaged by these” measures.It says, among other things, on paper.
