Ugljanin: Waiting for Serbs to be boycotted in north elections

This Sunday elections in four municipalities in the Serbian majority north are held.

As Kosovo institutions have enabled an election process, the Serbian List has boycotted the elections.

In this regard, the head of the Municipal Assembly in northern Mitrovica, Nexhat Ugljanin, told Klan Kosova that expectations are about to take place, because the Serbian List is now known as the political subject which affects the majority Serb population in Kosovo.

“We have known that behind the initiative to download and petition for the dismissal of the mayors in the four northern municipalities was the Serbian List, but now there is another situation when they have to give responsibility, especially to the internationals, who have had some kind of release guarantee of 50 per cent in the election”, Ugljanin said.
