As Kosovo institutions have enabled an election process, the Serbian List has boycotted the elections.
In this regard, the head of the Municipal Assembly in northern Mitrovica, Nexhat Ugljanin, told Klan Kosova that expectations are about to take place, because the Serbian List is now known as the political subject which affects the majority Serb population in Kosovo.
