The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) on Tuesday has held a media conference.
The deputy leader of this party, Besnik Tahiri, said that on the Day of Constitution, the Republic of Kosovo is facing an unconstitutional government.
MP Tahiri added that on the constitutional day note, the current government has the biggest violations.
The “on this day we remember that the unconstitutional, arbitrary has returned this government with the greatest constitutional violations”, he said.
Tahiri said that on the Day of the Constitution, The AAK views it as a concern, the return of the Law to the Prosecutorial Council and the Law on Salaries.
The Constitutional Court has returned the Law for the KKP as a whole, the Law for Basic Destabilisation Products, the Law for Salaries”, Tahiri said.
“This government for three years has been proceeding with accelerated procedure a set of laws from 104 laws between June 2022 and 2023, 21 have been adopted without effort for party consensus”, said MP Tahiri.
