Kosovo Special Prosecutor (PSRK) has filed charges at Pristina Foundation Court Special Department against 16 defendants in case “Subventions VI”
This indictment has been raised because there is a given suspicion that defendants, with initials: E. I, L.S., B. N, F.O, A. E, B.M., M.B., S.S., A.A., L.F., I.C., F. S.H.K., S.I., S.Q., and H.B., have committed criminal acts “Briberging”, “Britoy”, “Falsification of the official document”, “Pegim of proven or official procedure” and “Substitute fraud”
According to the Special Prosecutor, the indictment was filed against seven (7) defendants in the quality of official persons, of them five (5) defendants from the Agency for Agriculture Development, a (1) official in the Ferizaj municipality and a (1) official in the municipality of the Year.
