Lawyer Nebojsa Vlajiq, the defender of detainee Srecko Sofronievic, says there is no reasonable doubt that his client has committed the criminal work he is charged with.
At the Foundation Court in Pristina, sessions have been held in connection with the detention of Srecko Sofrojevich, who was arrested yesterday at the Brnjak crossing. He was detained for 30 days. Sofronievic is suspected of criminal acts of attempted serious murder, assault on official, possession and unauthorized possession of the weapon, calls for resistance and participation in riots. All acts, according to the prosecutor's claims, were committed in 2021.
Sofronijevic's lawyer, lawyer Nebojsa Vlajic, says he rejects the prosecutor's claims.
I, as Srecko's defender, rejected this and said there is no reasonable doubt that he committed any crime, that there is no danger of escape, because the whole time after the event he lived in his home in Zvecan. He is accused of having never asked for it, and from where he has not attempted to escape, and I am absolutely sure he will not do it now”, Vlajq said, cosev reports.
For this arrest, Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq called Kosovo Police terrorist, as well as Sunday's news about the US ambassador to Kosovo.
