Kosovo Liaison Office in Serbia Secretary Fatmir Hajolli has indicated that in revenge and absurd nervousness against the vote of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, for the membership of the Republic of Kosovo in this international institution, Serbia's border authorities, at the crossing of Serbia-Serbia-Kosovo, by midnight they are keeping at least four buses with license plates and travellers, citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.

In retaliation and absurd nervousness towards the vote of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, for the membership of the Republic of Kosovo in this international institution, Serbia's border authorities, at the crossing point of Batrovci/Serbia, from midnight, are holding at least four buses with license plates and travellers, citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.
The impasse of over 300 citizens, holding passports and travel documents, is a flagrant violation not only of the Brussels accords but also of universal human rights guaranteed with all international conventions. Only the most authoritarian regimes block travellers from another country, with the explanation '%ky is an order from Belgrade.
Since the Serbian Liaison Office is not communicating with our office, as it did this morning, I have been looking and waiting for a close escort, to travel towards the Batrovci crossing, to find you near our fellow citizens and in protest of this development.
