It is still not known who has done this act, but the victim has claimed to suspect this occurred because he works in Kosovo institutions.
In this case, security expert Fetah Zejrullahu has spoken.
Zejnullah indicated some measures to be taken to prevent these dangers.
“The presence of security institutions in the north is more than necessary, including the massive presence of international security institutions, KFOR and EULEX, even though we know that the first responder is the Kosovo Police, but still that country needs to be monitored because of the challenges ahead, even because of the April 21st” elections, Zejrullah said in Klan Kosova.
