Sarrazine: Germany does not support any form of association that undermines Kosovo's integrity

Recent developments in the north say they brought him back here, until for them and Association, the German Chancellor's envoy for the Western Balkans, has discussed with reporters Thursday.
For association and the possibility that its establishment will not become an obstacle to Kosovo's membership in the Council of Europe, the German diplomat said his state still has no stance.
The German government still has no stance on Bocayani's report, is the procedure away from the Council vote, and then we will take it all into consideration. But, you said you have connections and the Association of Serb majority municipalities has been cited as a matter and we will consider it but the government of Germany still has no position for this”, Sarrazin said.
During this conversation, Sarrazin said he now considers the time needed to continue the steps to create association.
Everyone knows that many non-insulting countries within the EU look at the Association of Serb majority municipalities, but I can't tell you what they will do if this is done or not because it's not my job. Germany recognises Kosovo, but we are also convinced that this is the right thing to do, especially now and move on. You can count on Germany, we will never support any form of association that undermines Kosovo's integrity. But the failure to create association does not lead to the EU”, Sarrazin added.
During the visit, Sarrazin has met President Vjosa Osmani, civil society and the Serbian List, until Kurti said she will meet him after the conversation with reporters.
From the meeting with the Serbian List, it says it did not come up with any clear idea how this Serb subject might back down from the decision to boycott the vote for the dismissal of northern mayors on April 21st.
This meeting did not give me any clear signs that would give me the idea of what compromise” would be, added the German emissary.
But, asked about Serbia's lobby to undermine Kosovo's membership in the KiE, the German diplomat refuses to assess which party is violating it, but it is clear that such a thing does not allow the agreement between the parties.
I'm not in the position of the referral to decide who's breaking the deal. But, in my view and how I read the Ohrid Agreement, Serbia should not prevent Kosovo from membership in international organisations”, Sarrazin has said further.
For the deal, Sarrazin added that both states must fulfil their obligations. /Dukagini/
