Parliamentary Assembly Has Voted Profiling Kosovo to advance further towards membership in the Council of Europe.
Germany's ambassador to Kosovo, Jörn Rohde, has reacted to this.
He has said they won hearts and minds in Assembly, but then he said that Kosovo should now convince the ministers by actions.
“Gaining heart and mind in @ PACE Nessot: Kosovo's application for membership won almost 80% of the vote. Now comes the heavy burden to ensure the necessary majority 2/3 on the Committee of Ministers in May, Kosovo must do what is needed to convince <x2X” and actions accordingly.
