Trade and Industry Minister Roseta Hajdari today went to the office of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo.
He stayed there for a few hours. It was reported that she was being interviewed for the State Reserve scandal.
With her out of this prosecutor's headquarters, she said she wasn't questioned, and there was an interview about some laws that are in power and related to the scandal in question.
I haven't been interviewed, it's about state reserves”, she said before the media after she left the Special Prosecutor's facility.
She said they would respond after carrying out certain procedures she cited.
This requires clarity in the legislation in force that is the Law for the State Reserve, the Classified Information Protection Law and other laws, so until we get the relevant clarity, we're going to apply and come back to answer”
