Three people were arrested today in Glareva, after allegedly obstructing work on Pristina-Peja Street. Police spokesman Driton Rugova has confirmed this for Periscope. “Today, 3 people in Glareva have been arrested, the same during the protest have hampered street work”, Rugova said.
