The Euro-Mediterranean Institute estimated the impact at 4.6 on the Richter scale 23 km south of Skiathos.
The 4.5-magnitude earthquake was followed by seven more afternoons until 7:30 in the morning, where the largest occurred at 6:36 a.m. with a magnitude of 3.9 on the Richter scale.
