Northern Macedonia's candidate for president, Bujar Osmani, has shown what he has done for Kosovo during the time he was the OSCE chairman. He in an interview for “Calxon Pernime” said he was the one who made the 9-point plan for the North decomposition.
He said his proposal has later become a plan of the Government of Kosovo.
