Kosovo President, Vjosa Osmani, has stated to the UN Security Council that Serbia has ruled out aggression against Kosovo, citing the kidnapping of police officers in the north, the attack on journalists and the attack on Banjska.
She has declared on Monday that Serbian authorities are responsible for the attack on the village of Banjska of Zvecan after the <x0-directors of the attack behave freely in Serbia and continue to get major contracts from the Vucikqi government”.
“Efforts from Serbia to destabilise are active. He has ruled out aggression initially with police kidnapping, assault on journalists and the terrorist attack on Kosovo in September. After this attack, the White House has said Serbia has used large military presence of tanks and mechanised units ... Serbia makes efforts to undermine the integration of Serbs in Kosovo ... The Serbs in Kosovo are under pressure, but not from Kosovo but from the Government of Serbia”, Osmani president has indicated.
Speaking of the voting process in the north, Osmani has stressed that local Serbs were kept under pressure and that they exploited the possibility of voting.
