US Assistant Secretary of State James O'Brien has told of the conversation he had with Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani.
O'Brien wrote in “X”, that Osman has talked about implementing monetary regulations to benefit all citizens, linking the dinar issue, which the United States rejects the way the BQ's regulation has emerged.
Also, all obligations stemming from Brussels' agreements are said to have to be met.
Textically, he also cited the Association of Serb-run municipalities.
