The indictment was announced Friday by the chairman of the court, Judge Musa Kondzhel.
According to Kondeli, Gajici's release from the prosecution was made on the basis of Article 363 paragraph 1 subparagraph 1.3 of the Criminal Procedure Code, reports “Justice Vow”.
The monetary tools seized under the ordinance are returned to the defendants after the full might of this act.

At the last session, on April 8th, Gajiqi's defence had sought release, while the prosecution had tried its sentence.
The accused Gajic on November 2nd 2020 was sentenced by the Constitutional Court in Pristina to six months in prison and 1 thousand euros in fines.
However, the Court of Appeals on December 18, 2020, had turned the case into retrial.
Even in the retrial of accused Gajic on May 27th, 2022 was sentenced to 6 months in prison for money laundering and 17 thousand and 800 euros in fines.
But the Court of Appeals had retrialed the case on October 31, 2022.
According to the indictment filed on 23 October 2020 by the SPRK, Milovan Gajic is charged with criminal acts “money laundering”.
The prosecution claims that the accused Gajic on August 14, 2020, at the “Merdare” border checkpoint during a search conducted by Kosovo Customs, in his car, in the back of the car, where the radio expander is found to be hidden monetary means, worth 65 thousand and 450 euros, undeclared by the accused, which means are then more secuated.
