Defence Minister Ejup Macedonia has met with Great Britain's special envoy for the Western Balkans, Stuart Peach.
Macedonia expressed gratitude to Peach for Britain's support for Kosovo's security and territorial integrity.
The “The themes that were held at this meeting were about the security situation in the country and the region, the development of KSF, as well as the Interflex operation under way in the United Kingdom, with participation and KSF troops”.
“Minister Macedonia expressed gratitude for the continued support the United Kingdom has offered Kosovo on security issues, maintaining territorial integrity, especially with the addition of its troops under KFOR, following the terrorist and paramilitary attack on 24 September last year in Banjska”, the report said.
Peach has also met with the country's prime minister, Albin Kurti, today, while ahead of a meeting with President Vjosa Osmani.
