During the “forum The EU meets the Balkans” in Sofia, Lajcak called for implementation of the Ohrid Agreement, while when it comes to preventing the use of dinars in Kosovo, said that during last-level meeting of Kosovo and Serbia's top negotiators on April 4th, he introduced his ideas in Brussels, which were accepted by both sides.

He recalled that four meetings of Kosovo and Serbia delegations have been held in the past five weeks, where the dinar use issue has been discussed.
The “will have a meeting next week. We once again found ourselves in a situation where we must deal with the consequences of the decision and not discuss the decision before making,” said Lajcak.
He also praised that the discussions were constructive.
The “both sides are coming and the atmosphere is more constructive than usual. I would say there is an attempt to find a solution,” praised Lajcak.
He added that he believes that of all processes in the Western Balkans, normalising relations between Belgrade and Pristina is the most strategic process because, he said, affects the entire region.
