He made that known himself through a video he posted on social networks.
The artist reportedly slept in Croatia, and as he wrote “it was inappropriate for me to go through without going back to saying hello to the citizens who have been detained for hours at the Croatia-Serbia border”.
Labby said he did other actions, but he didn't let them know.

It's important at the CROACI-SERBI border!
I was in Croatia!
There I slept and it was rude of me to go through without saying hello to our citizens, who have been stopped for hours at the Croatia-Serbia border!
Also, I cried in the name of all of you stone and Albanian people around the world!
I stopped because I knew that maybe they didn't have a lot of money on us and in this case we're one for the other.
I've done other actions but they're only left for travellers in case they're with a lot there first...
Respect for travel agencies where they're probably trying to find the passengers.
I hope God will make a solution as soon as possible.
