Kryeziu: The vote is going well, but very few people have come out to exercise their right

Ismet Kryeziu from the Kosovo Democratic Institute said the vote for the dismissal of mayors in four municipalities in the north is going well at the moment, but that an extremely small number of people have shown interest in realizing their right. “All options have been opened over time, materials have been there, everything is necessary for the process, but unfortunately so far we have not had citizens interested in voting. A small number of people have exploited their right”, he told Kosovo Online.

As he says, so far no irregularities have been observed, and the new ones in this process are cameras. He also stresses that the boxes are not in very good condition and that there is fear that the secrecy of the vote would be guaranteed.
