Krasniqi: I survived the most cruel weapon of war, rape

I stand before all the people of the world to remember that Kosovo never fought for revenge or destruction of others. We have fought for freedom from the Milosevic regime and the crimes committed against our people”, Krasniqi said at the International Forum for Women, Peace and Security.
Her request was, not applauding her courage for confession of rape, but seeking to account for her history and the thousands of women and men who had the same experience.
I have survived the most cruel weapon of war, but for us as survivors many of these experiences never end. Justice has not been divided, I call on institutions to call on all perpetrators of crimes against me and tens of thousands of others like me”, Krasniqi said.
Vasfije Krasniqi Goodman has made the major turn, being the first survivor of sexual violence that has publicly shown her confession of rape, becoming the voice of thousands of survivors men and women.
At the same time, Sjete Tahiri Sulejmani was the first woman to publicly hand over criminal gossip to the Kosovo Special Prosecutor, to later confess her story in full.
