Kosovo membership in the KiE, OSCE chief: There's not much time to waste

The new OSCE chief, Ian Borg, has little time to wait for Kosovo's membership in the Council of Europe.

He, at a media conference after his official visit to Kosovo, has said that the KiE has its own decisions that it will make, and that it is not he to judge who is on the line, when asked how Serbia's lobby is viewed by non-membering Kosovo in the KiE.

Okay, I'm not here to judge who's here on the line. The Council of Europe has its rules and when the application is to be made or the KiE will make its democratic-shaped decisions”.

Where each participant will vote as he wishes, The KiE will make decisions soon and there is not much time to wait”, Borg said.
