KFOR, peacekeeping mission NATO in Kosovo has published a video through which it has shown that they are ready to take all necessary measures for a safe environment in the country.
The video recalls that 4,600 troops from 28 NATO allies and partners serve in Kosovo to preserve the 351km border line with Serbia.
High level of operational readiness to prevent the risk of new escalation, regardless of where the threat comes from. We are willing to take all necessary measures to continue fulfilling our UN mandate at any time and impartially”, said the video published by KFOR.
KFOR recalls as usual that it is continuing to implement its mandate as Kosovo's third security responseer, behind Kosovo Police and EULEX, the EU mission for rule of law, with which it says that “work in close co-ordination”.
