Kosovo Assembly MPs have again failed to approve international agreements.
Chief Parliamentary Glauk Konjufca made this known, saying there is no quorum for voting international agreements.
Attending the session would have to be 81 MPs to vote on international agreements.
The present session in Kuwait lasted for hours, where the formation of the Parliamentary Investigative Commission for Subvention of School Books for 2023 was adopted.
